Viking Pools Acquires Trilogy

Fiberglass pool manufacturer Viking Pools has acquired Fayetteville,Tenn.-based Trilogy Pools, a prominent manufacturer of both fiberglass pools and spas, in a financial transaction of undisclosed terms. 

The move by Viking follows last year’s acquisition of Blue Hawaiian Pools, another fiberglass manufacturer, with facilities in Largo, Fla., and Rocky Mount, N.C.

The two-year expansion will allow Viking to improve product logistics, a key element of success in fiberglass pool sales, as well as improve Viking’s position in the marketplace.

Trilogy co-owners Ted Baudendistel and Rick Black will continue with the company as general manager and operations manager, respectively.
