Hayward Acquires Majority Shareholding in Clevaquip Pty., Ltd.

Hayward Industries recently acquired a majority interest in Clevaquip Pty., Ltd. of Melbourne, Australia, a major distributor of swimming pool products in the region.

Robert Davis, president and chief executive officer of Hayward Industries, said, "We are delighted to formally partner with Clevaquip.
