"Our staff has the knowledge, dedication and thoughtfulness to make the shopping experience as relaxing as using a hot tub."
Owner, Spa Palace Hot Tubs
Spa Palace wants to ensure a top-notch experience from the purchasing process to delivering the spa. One of the ways the company has been able to accomplish this goal so effectively is by staffing its own in- house, factory-trained delivery crews and service technicians.
"Should a spa need servicing, we feel that by maintaining our own staff [many of Spa Palace's key people have been with the company for over 15 years] the level of service provided is unequaled," says Owner Mike Wiege.
The service department stocks the largest inventory of hot tub and swimming pool parts in Colorado, he says. "We have the things customers need for hot tubs older than 10 years, as well as the new items."
As a proven Jacuzzi and Sundance Spas hot tub dealer, Spa Palace was selected as one of 10 companies by the Jacuzzi team to be a member of the manufacturer's founders group. The group meets with members of the Jacuzzi team to provide input into advancements and new technologies incorporated into Jacuzzi products. Spa Palace is also a long-time recipient of Jacuzzi's prestigious Gold Club Award, which is given to dealers that comprise the top 10% of sales in the country.
Part of the company's success can also be attributed to its store design: All of its locations have been designed to have the same facade and feel. "We believe this branding not only sets us apart, but is vital in creating an easy and memorable shopping experience for our customers," says Wiege. Each showroom is equipped with wet-testing rooms and a relaxing space for customers to fully experience each hot tub's features firsthand.
In 2014, Spa Palace started "Hot Tubs for Heroes" when Wiege recognized a need to provide wounded veterans with hydrotherapy for healing. The program led to a nationwide sponsorship by Sundance Spas in conjunction with Wish for Our Heroes Rocky Mountain Chapter and the U.S. Army Fort Carson AW2. Today, it continues to provide free hot tubs to selected wounded warriors.
