Hearing about how Spencer Luedtke — with previous experience in remodeling and construction — pivoted to include cedar barrel saunas in his repertoire, was truly inspiring. With his team of only three, Luedtke and his friends build saunas right in their customers' backyards. Mixing the work ethic our industry is known for with a familiar Wisconsin charm, working on this story was especially rewarding when I got the chance to go on-site to take photos for the article. Meeting the people I write stories about in person rather than just over the phone is an experience I won't forget."
