Jack's Magic Acquires Power Blue
"With an average growth of 50 percent sales per year, we are pleased with our success," says Tony Roland, president of Custom Chemical Solutions. "However, we realized these superior products need to be solving more swimming pool problems sooner rather than later. Jack [Beane, president of Jack's Magic] and his staff of industry experts are better positioned to offer these great products to a broader market sooner."
Beane says the acquisition is a perfect fit for Jack's Magic since the "Power Blue products remove scale, scum line and other swimming discolorations, and that's a niche we at Jack's Magic have focused on for more than two decades."
The products will continue to be marketed under the Power Blue name.
