Natural Chemistry Announces Acquisition
Natural Chemistry has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Red Leopard, LLC. Red Leopard is a design, manufacturer and sales/marketing company in the pool and spa cleaner and accessory categories. The acquisition is expected to close in April.
Mark Munford, currently the chief operating officer and president of Natural Chemistry, will become the general partner and chief executive officer. Bob Kulperger, founder of Natural Chemistry, will serve as chairman of the board. Robin Ellis and Kate Thielscher, owners of Red Leopard, will join the Natural Chemistry team as chief technology officer and president/chief operating officer respectively.

Robin Ellis has been responsible for the development of numerous leading pool products.”

In his new role, Tom will be responsible for Hot Spring manufacturing operations in California and all plant operations in Mexico, as well as all import-export, supply chain, continuous improvement and quality assurance functions.
DeltaUV Announces Promotion Tillman to National Residential Sales Manager
DeltaUV is pleased to promote Dan Tillman to the position of national residential sales manager for the company. In his new role, Tillman is now responsible for all residential sales of UV products through distribution and manufacturing sales reps.
Tillman joined Delta UV in 2012 and worked for Delta UV as a regional sales manager with great success expanding the company’s sales.
NSPF and Axial Fund Swim Lessons in Local Communities
Axial Corporation and a team of 41 Accu-Tab specialists have partnered with NSPF’s Step Into Swim Campaign to fund swim lessons in local communities. Axiall and NSPF will each donate $5,000 to support the program.

Inter-Fab Promotes Menard
Inter-Fab Inc, manufacturers of slides, diving boards, rails and unique pool water features, has promoted Julie Menard to the position of quality control manager for the company. Menard has been with Inter-Fab since 2010, starting out as a customer service manager. Drawing on 18 years experience in the manufacturing industry, including the United States Navy, Julie’s background has proven to be a perfect foundation for her move to lead Inter-Fab’s quality control department, the company says.
