Jamie Novak is the Director of Marketing at POOLCORP. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of marketing and sales roles for major manufacturers, including Newell Rubbermaid, Zodiac Pool Systems, AquaStar Pool Products, & BioLab (a division of KIK Consumer Products). She has over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool and spa industry. A graduate of Towson University in Maryland, Jamie also earned an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Leading Organizations from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. As a storyteller by nature, Jamie is passionate about branding and the customer experience.
Rob Blake, a Senior Product Manager for POOLCORP, began his career in the pool industry in 1999 as a manufacturer’s rep, selling and supporting a diverse product lineup that included pool finish, pool tile, along with a dozen other construction related products. He was hired by POOLCORP in 2004 to sell building materials for the West Coast. As a Product Manager since 2008, Rob has developed more than 10 NPT branded pool finishes or plaster support products that include about 150 pool finish colors. Rob is the main go-to for pool finish technical support for POOLCORP/NPT and is regularly contacted for support and advice regarding pool finish problems that occur throughout the country. Rob is also the NPT Training Team Leader, a team which has trained thousands of people since 2012. Rob graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Film from San Diego State University and had taken tens of thousands of images for product and lifestyle photography to support the NPT brand. He is an NPC Education Committee member for the past 15 + years and the POOLCORP liaison to the NPC.
