  Lifetime achievement award winner of the Pentair Pool Pro Awards, Jacob Fladhammer got his start in the pool business at age 16, cleaning pools after school for Emerald Pools and Spas, founded by his father, David. Upon earning his degree in Business Marketing, he returned determined to grow the company. He increased technical repair and service routes, providing access to multiple high-end custom pool builds per year, and expanded a much-needed pool supply store in North Phoenix — staffed by knowledgeable employees.
