With 13 years in the pool industry and over 25 years in product management and development, Will Cappiello brings a wealth of experience to Latham. Originally from Suffern, NY, he began his journey in the industry as a Liner Product Director after a successful career developing consumer and office products for the mass market. His passion for the construction industry led him to Latham, where he found his dream job in marketing for a leading pool manufacturer.

Outside of work, Will is an avid DIYer who enjoys cooking and swimming with his family. Married with three boys—16, 14, and 10—they spend a lot of time at lacrosse games and making the most of their own backyard pool. When asked about the best part of working at Latham, the answer is simple: "The people, hands down."
