Team Horner Group — a family of companies focused in different areas within the swimming pool and spa business worldwide — has announced the promotion of Bob Kulstad to executive vice president and chief financial officer, as well as Jennifer Doles to vice president of finance and accounting, effective January 15, 2026.

In his new role, Bob will continue to oversee the company’s financial strategy while contributing at a broader executive level to long-term planning, operational excellence and scalable growth initiatives, while also overseeing marketing and the StoneHardscapes division.
