Many of the company's dealers, distributors, and industry partners already know Andres well. Since joining LOOP-LOC in 2008 as territory manager for North and South Carolina, he has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, industry expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping customers grow their businesses. Throughout his tenure, Andres has successfully expanded his territory while developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and service professionals across the swimming pool industry.
In addition to his territory responsibilities, Andres has been a valuable contributor to many areas of the company, including support of LOOP-LOC's international business, dealer training programs, product education, special projects, and process improvements designed to enhance the customer experience.
As national sales manager, Andres will lead LOOP-LOC’s sales organization and work closely with Director of Sales Jeff Duke, as well as the company’s dealer and distribution partners throughout North America. His focus will include strengthening customer relationships, supporting territory growth, enhancing sales and training initiatives, and ensuring that LOOP-LOC continues to deliver the high level of service, innovation, and support its customers have come to expect.
