Swimming Pool Construction Superintendent Needed

Twin Resources, Inc. in Wall, N.J. is seeking a Swimming Pool Construction Superintendent. This candidate will be responsible for putting their construction knowledge and construction processes to use on each project to ensure pools are built and installed to the highest quality per building codes and municipality requirements and the standards, and exceeding customer expectations each step along the way. The position will also be responsible for overseeing and supervising construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments, responding to work delays, emergencies, and other problems, as well as managing and motivating team members and subcontractors.
