Aquatherm Industries, Inc. held their third annual Manufacturing Day Event on Tuesday, October 7. “MFG Day” is a national event organized by the Manufacturing Institute and is held each October with the goal of inspiring the next generation of the workforce.
Aquatherm Industries hosted 18 juniors from Ocean County Vocational Technical School’s Engineering Technology program for a series of plant tours geared towards students interested in modern manufacturing. In addition to a plant tour, students participated in presentations on all aspects of running a manufacturing company – including engineering & design, production and quality control.

This year, the group was joined by Ocean County Commissioner, Jennifer Bacchione, who serves as the liaison to several Ocean County government departments including the Ocean County Division of Business Development. Commissioner Bacchione presented Aquatherm with an Ocean County Board of Commissioners certificate of appreciation for their role in shaping the future workforce and driving the manufacturing industry forward.

“Through your time, expertise, and hands-on demonstrations, you helped students see firsthand how innovation, technology, and creativity come together in modern manufacturing. Your efforts not only open doors to future career opportunities but also encourage the next generation to dream bigger, think smarter, and build stronger communities.”
