How many times have you been in this situation:
You’re relaxing in your hot tub. Suddenly, you hear a loud rumbling sound — and it’s coming from your stomach!
You think to yourself, “I don’t want to go to the trouble of hauling out and firing up that old charcoal grill. I wish I could just barbecue some chicken off the spa heater.”
Well, now you can.
UK-based Dunster House Ltd. offers a wood-fired spa that allows you to cook off the same heat source that warms the water. And of course it provides all the relaxing rustic atmosphere of a wood-fired hot tub.
“With our wood burning BBQ stove,” says company director Chris Murphy, “it is possible to cook whilst others are in the hot tub. It is flexible, fun and simple to use, and it creates a unique outside cooking experience that can be enjoyed by large groups of people.”
The tubs have been designed to seat between four and six people and are available as 1.3 m (4.25 ft.) or 1.6 m (5.25 ft.) sizes. The company is looking for expansion opportunities in North America.
