Phil's Back!

Industry veterans may recall AQUA's Phil the Pool Man, a cartoon that ran in the Waterfront section years ago. We've decided to bring back Phil, but we need some help with the dialogue. Send something witty and/or humourous to fill in the dialogue bubbles to: [email protected].
