Cover Care, providers of automatic pool safety covers and pool safety fencing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Conner as the company’s new executive vice president and general manager.
Conner brings nearly two decades of global leadership experience in automation and supply chain technology. Most recently, he served as President of Warehousing Solutions – North America at Vanderlande Industries, a Toyota-owned global leader in warehouse automation, where he led a $1.2 billion division. He began his career at Bastian Solutions, rising to Vice President of Global Sales and serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development following the company’s acquisition by Toyota Industries Corporation. At Cover Care, he oversees strategy, operations, sales, customer experience and organizational development across North America.
A longtime participant in aquatics, Conner said the company's safety mission drew him to the role. “Automatic safety covers and pool safety fencing can help prevent tragedies and save lives,” he says. “That gives the work a purpose that goes well beyond simply selling a product.”
