Brian Keith Appointed as Warranty Manager at Tara Pool & Outdoor Products

Brian Keith, Warranty ManagerTara Pool & Outdoor Products is excited to announce the recent appointment of industry veteran Brian Keith as its new Warranty Manager. This addition reaffirms the company's commitment to exceptional customer service and industry leading warranty management.

Brian's extensive experience in the pool industry began in 1984 with R&S Pools, founded by his late father-in-law. Joining the family business in 1985, he played a significant role in its growth, leading to its evolution into Pool Doctors in 1990. With Brian’s help, Pool Doctors expanded its offerings, from weekly pool servicing and renovations to launching a 10,000-square-foot retail store dedicated to pool products and spas. Brian led the service department at Pool Doctors for 15 years before moving to POOLCORP. He started at the Madison branch where he held roles in outside sales and business development. By 2018, Brian moved to Superior Pool Products in Huntsville, Ala., honing his expertise in pool kits, vinyl liners and safety covers. During his time there he collaborated with various commercial and residential builders on construction projects.

Brian's wealth of experience is a unique advantage for Tara. His approach to warranty management is rooted in a deep understanding of every stakeholder's perspective, from dealers and distributors to homeowners. Brian emphasizes the importance of strong work ethics, effective communication, and unwavering customer service. He believes in proactive follow-ups and aims to make Tara's Warranty Department synonymous with professionalism, responsiveness, and respect.

"I feel I bring experience and enthusiasm to Tara Manufacturing in my role as Warranty Manager. I speak the language of Dealers, Distributors, and Homeowners, relating to all their specific needs. My vision is for our Warranty Department to be seen as a dedicated team that navigates challenging situations with grace and efficiency," says Brian.
