Latham Pool Products Inc. Appoints Josh Cowley as New Chief Commercial Officer

Latham Pool Products Inc., provider of residential inground pools and accessories in North America, Australia and New Zealand, has hired Josh Cowley as the new chief commercial officer. In his new role, Cowley will lead Latham’s global sales organization and focus on driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve the company’s new business and growth goals in 2021 and beyond. 

Mr. Cowley previously held various leadership roles during his 16 years at Stanley Black & Decker, most recently serving as president and general manager in retail sales and marketing. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, focusing on business development, productivity, profitability and market share gain.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Cowley will work to maintain Latham’s position as a market leader, drive profitable sales of the company’s product portfolio,and increase Latham’s market share through existing dealers and new dealer acquisitions.
