Cheryl Hoogstad, Human Resources Manager
Cheryl brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and day-to-day employee needs. Her background includes hands-on leadership in compliance, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits administration and workforce planning.
She has worked across a wide range of industries — including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, higher education and multi-state organizations — bringing a practical, solutions-driven and people-focused approach to building strong, compliant HR programs.
Kevin is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience guiding enterprise systems, software development initiatives and IT projects across a variety of business environments. He brings strong expertise in ERP systems and business applications, including hands-on experience supporting and improving NetSuite ERP environments through workflow improvements, reporting enhancements and system optimization.
Known for his collaborative, service-driven leadership style, Kevin works closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, increase efficiency and keep technology aligned with business goals. "We’re excited to have him on board as we continue strengthening Tara’s technology infrastructure and supporting long-term growth," says the Tara team.
