
Viking Spas is pleased to announce several significant leadership promotions and the addition of a new Regional Sales Representative, strengthening the company’s continued focus on dealer support, operational excellence, and nationwide growth.

During his 9.5 years with Viking Spas, Gonalves has held roles across Sales, Controller, and IT, developing a rare blend of financial expertise and technological insight. With a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Davenport University, he has played an integral role in streamlining operations through systems such as Viking’s barcode scanning program and continues to develop tools that support data-driven decision-making across the company.

Yonkers joined Viking in 2022 as part of the Customer Service Team and quickly demonstrated a strong aptitude for operational efficiency and cross-department leadership. His background includes customer experience and supply chain operations at The Home Depot, supported by bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies and Multimedia Journalism. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Management, Strategy, and Leadership at Michigan State University. Yonkers also developed Viking’s Employee of the Month and Viking Values recognition systems, strengthening the company’s culture and employee engagement.

Singleton’s experience in the pool and spa industry spans more than 40 years. He began working in the field at age 16 and spent 18 years with Watson’s as both Service Manager and Sales professional before joining Viking Spas. For the past 12 years, he has served as Regional Sales Manager, helping drive dealer success and long-term sales growth. As National Sales Manager, Singleton will lead Viking’s sales strategy, dealer partnerships, and regional teams across the United States.

With more than 26 years of retail and wholesale hot tub experience, Rob brings deep industry expertise to Viking’s South Central region. He is known for being the representative who always answers the phone—whether it’s an owner needing strategic partnership support or a salesperson looking for immediate product guidance. Rob thrives in the showroom, energizing retail teams, delivering impactful training, and building strong dealer relationships. His hands-on approach and passion for helping businesses grow make him an invaluable addition to Viking’s sales team.
