With over two decades of commitment to Tara, Coston's rise from a material handler to an executive role speaks volumes about his dedication, adaptability, and expertise. After joining Tara in 2005, Coston pursued an MBA in international business and garnered certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certified Practitioner, and ISO internal auditor. His background as a home improvement contractor lends him a unique perspective, especially considering many of Tara's customers are small business owners.

Our plan involves harnessing digital tools, refining operations, and championing small businesses, all while staying true to our company's core values.”
