Zodiac Pool Systems is starting the new year with big news: Moving forward, it will operate under the Fluidra name.
The news follows the merger between Zodiac and Fluidra that closed in July 2018. Since then, the two organizations have operated as a united entity, and as such, the corporate rebrand to Fluidra serves as a logical next step in the integration of the two organizations. In addition, the transition honors the well-established global reputation of the Fluidra brand, which is also tied to the company’s public listing on the Spanish stock exchange.

The change is not expected to impact dealer operations in the U.S. All product brands, such as Jandy, Polaris, and Zodiac, as well as sales contacts, warranty processes and all customer support functions will be not be impacted by the change.
The North American headquarters will remain in Carlsbad, Calif., while the global Fluidra headquarters are in Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain.
