Leisure Pools Announces the Addition of Three Regional Sales Managers

Leisure Pools, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of composite fiberglass swimming pools, spas and tanning ledges, announces the addition of three new regional sales managers to better support its growing dealer network and their customers.

They will join an expanded sales and customer service team, created with a focus on supporting accelerated growth within Leisure Pools’ dealer network and providing high-quality customer service experiences during their rapid development.

Justin Barnhill joins the Leisure Pools team after serving the last two and a half years managing retail sales at Campbell’s Pools, a Knoxville, Tennessee based pool dealer. While there, he was instrumental in helping them launch a new location under the Poolwerx retail franchise. Prior to this, he worked in the food and beverage industry, reaching the heights of general manager for a large, successful restaurant company.

Kris Wiseman joins Leisure Pools with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. For six years, he was the technology sales specialist with Hayward Pool Products for the mid-Atlantic states. During this time, he worked on advancements in the Omnilogic automation platform and the design of Omnihub. He trained and supported swimming pool professionals on best practices for lighting, automation and electrical installation of Hayward’s product line.

Rich VanEvery, Leisure Pools regional sales manager, is an accomplished industry veteran, having worked for five years with Baystate Pool Supply, a distributor of pool supplies and equipment on the East Coast. Prior to Baystate, he had a robust sales and management career with multiple pool retailers in the upstate New York area.

The Leisure Pools sales and customer service team is led by industry veteran Mike Massa, who is celebrating his first anniversary with Leisure Pools after a successful 14-year career as vice president of sales at Haywood Pool Products.

“Our goal is to be recognized as the customer service leader within the swimming pool industry, and the addition of these talented individuals will help us get closer to that goal,” Massa says. “They all have incredible industry experience and unique knowledge that they bring to the table to support our dealers and their customers. We look to continue our incredible growth by leveraging their talents and working within our dealer network.”
