He’s back!
Larry Bloom, co-founder of Xmente Swimming Pool Retail Academy and former CEO of BioLab, has returned to AQUA to share exciting findings about the customers who visit your pool store.
Last year, Bloom wrote a powerful series called “Inside the Mind of the Loyal Retail Consumer,” which, as its name implies, sought to delve into the attitudes and behaviors of the people who wander your retail stores. You can read the entire 18-part series here.
In his new series, Bloom analyzes the buying habits of pool retail customers. To do so, he studied five years of point-of-sale transactions for 88,000 pool retail consumers to learn more how customer service impacts sales, why loyal customers stick with you, why they go and what you can do about it.
The first blog post, “The Myth of Customer Satisfaction,” will appear on the AQUA site Thursday, and subsequent posts will appear every other Thursday.
