SPEC Releases 2012 Year-End Report

Spec Logo The California Spa and Pool Education Council released their year-end legislative report, which details its 2012 efforts for legislation that benefits pool and spa professionals.

The report covers service tax, drain legislation, underground economy and construction issues, pool safety and industry standards, among other subjects.
