Houzz, the online community for homeowners and residential design professionals, is excited to announce a new guidebook to help users manage their professional profiles. The Reputation Management Handbook offers advice about Houzz best practices, creating action items and building credibility both on an off Houzz.

“Home professionals have two key goals when it comes to managing their company’s reputation: First and foremost, build the credibility they need to grow their business and bring in the right types of clients and customers. Second, address any client negativity that inevitably comes along in the lifetime of a business.”

Since its inception in 2009, Houzz has grown to more than 25 million monthly unique users around the world, including more than half a million home professionals. The site is making a splash in the pool and spa industry as builders continue to flock to the site as a way to generate new leads and show off their portfolios. Just recently, company representatives attended the PSP Expo in Orlando to offer one-on-one assistance for those new to the site.
