The Neptune line from Nidec/U.S. MOTORS features variable-speed motors with integrated controls for energy efficiency and easy operation. The Neptune variable-speed motor is easy to install and program. A Quick Start guide underneath the lid provides step-by-step instructions to ensure customers save energy and properly filter the pool. The Neptune comes with a factory installed run schedule which allows the unit to function after simply setting the time of day. Up to seven different daily schedules can be programmed, offering pool owners flexibility and the ability to save energy when the pool is not in regular use. Neptune motors are also designed to communicate and operate with a variety of external system controllers in addition to the onboard user interface. The Neptune provides rugged construction for longer life. The enclosure is finned aluminum that provides a water ingress protection level of IPX5, which helps achieve a longer field life in outdoor environmental conditions.
