Atlantic City will once again welcome industry professionals during the last week of January 2025 for The Pool & Spa Show. The exhibit hall will open its doors to industry professionals from Tuesday, January 28 to Thursday, January 30 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. The floor will be open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday, and will begin at the same time on Thursday, but end at 2 p.m. to accommodate travel times.

The conference itself will begin on Sunday, January 26 at 8 a.m. with its first day of sessions, which will continue throughout the rest of the week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Thursday, when classes will run from 8:30 to 10 a.m. to mark the end of the show.

On Monday evening before the exhibit hall opens, you won’t want to miss the Welcome Party, sponsored by Hayward and hosted at The Avalon Room in Harrah’s Resort. There will be live music, arcade-style games, and delicious food and drinks. NOTE: This event is only for Show attendees 21 years and older. Valid IDs are required for entry; plan accordingly.

Before the excitement of the Welcome Party, you might want to catch the PHTA WAVE Young Professionals Networking Event from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Tun Tavern in downtown Atlantic City. Enjoy the chance to meet new faces and reconnect with familiar ones before the week takes off.

Co-located with The Pool & Spa Show for the first time, the World Aquatic Health Conference (WAHC) will be held from January 27 to 29. WAHC is an aquatic research forum presented by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance to deliver education to a diverse group of pool professionals. WAHC will be held at Caesars Atlantic City. NOTE: You’ll need to register separately to attend both events, but WAHC attendees get a free ticket to The Pool & Spa Show Welcome Party, access to the exhibit hall, and free transportation between both conferences.

A number of networking events will be held during the week, including a Women in the Industry (WITI) welcome event on January 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. at The Lounge in Harrah’s Resort, giving women attendees the chance to connect with others in the industry.

On Tuesday, January 28 from 6 to 8 p.m., the Penn-Jersey Chapter Member Hospitality Party will have food, drinks and music for you and your friends to enjoy at the Hard Rock Back Stage Cafe in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Also on Tuesday from 7 to 11 p.m., the Heritage Cares Pool & Spa 2025 Charity Concert makes its return. This year’s musical guests are Lee Brice and Blackberry Smoke! Join others for a night full of entertainment at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Fundraising for Swim Across America, Step Into Swim and the NESPA Foundation will also be featured at the event.

There’s no doubt that your week will be filled with many opportunities to expand your network and reunite with industry friends, as well as make some memories to last a lifetime. Mark your calendars and kick off 2025 at The Pool & Spa Show in Atlantic City!
