IPSSA Donates $10,000 to California Fire Relief Fund for Fellow Service Professionals

IPSSA, the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, was pleased to participate in raising money for the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Fire Relief Fund at the Western Pool & Spa show last month. The IPSSA organization was recognized at the event for donating $10,000.00 to help fellow pool professionals affected by the recent fires in California.

“IPSSA knows the importance of supporting our fellow service professionals to ensure they get what they need to get through the effects of the California fires,” says Mike Denham, president of IPSSA.

Ipssa Logo No BackgroundIndependent pool and spa service professionals have been confronted with unprecedented obstacles as a result of the recent fires that swept through much of southern California. “As an organization, we focus on providing the resources and support that our fellow service techs need, especially during this unexpected disaster,” says Rose Smoot, executive director of IPSSA. “Generously donating to the fire relief fund shows that our members are steadfast in adherence to the pillars of our organization.”

The Independent Pool and Spa Service Association exists for the mutual professional benefit and growth of its members and for the continued improvement of the pool and spa industry.
