Watkins Wellness has announced the acquisition of Sauna360 Group Oy (“Sauna360”), a leading global manufacturer of saunas under the Finnleo, Tylö, Helo, Kastor and Amerec brands. The companies make traditional, infrared and wood-burning saunas, as well as steam showers, rooms and generators, with a heavy market presence in Europe and the US.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to regulatory approval.

The company is headquartered in Finland and has approximately 180 employees located in Finland, Sweden, the United States and England.
