Heritage Pool Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced that it has acquired Nucci Brothers Pool Supplies (“Nucci” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. The transaction officially closed on August 9, 2024. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Islandia, N.Y., Nucci was founded in 1946 and is run today by Co-Owner and Vice President, Rob DeMeo. The Company also operates a second location in Bridgeport, Conn. Rob will continue to lead Nucci’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
