Poolwerx, a large global pool retail and service franchise company, is pleased to announce it has expanded its presence in the North Texas area with a new retail store in Carrollton. The new location, Poolwerx Carrollton, will serve the area with quality pool supplies and pool service. This new addition marks territory No. 360 in the Poolwerx network.
Vic Holifield has served as the general manager for Poolwerx on Forest Lane in Dallas, Texas, and opened up this new store in Carrollton on June 30. Vic is excited for the opportunity to grow the Poolwerx brand further in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
“I’ve been in the pool industry for 40 years and have had about every job under the sun,” joked Holifield. “I’ve had a great experience growing with the company so far and am excited to see the Carrollton store become a part of the community of pool owners here.”
Poolwerx Carrollton started up its grand opening celebration on Friday, June 30 with a ribbon cutting with the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce and Carrollton Mayor Steve Babick. They celebrated with food, cake, face painting, and a giveaway for free pool service for a year.
