Courtney Pellett has been promoted to senior level position, vice president of operations, reporting directly to John Haase, president, being responsible for Phoenix’s day-to-day operations, planning, directions and coordinating activities of Phoenix’s two facilities. With Courtney’s natural talent and aptitude for learning, she knows the ins and outs of customer service and delivering products and services Phoenix offers within its four divisions. She will implement efficiency strategies to support our customers and ensure organizational goals are met.
With a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing from UCONN in 2002, Courtney launched right into marketing/sales for local cable companies. In 2004, transitioning into manufacturing with New England Miniature Ball, she quickly moved up the career ladder from customer service to inspection supervisor, to quality manager, to sales manager. In 2012, Courtney joined Phoenix Products as customer service manager. She has built relationships with vendors, employees, and customers, and continually took on increasing responsibilities, such as system data integrity for monitoring computer systems and data accuracy critical to database management. EPA maintenance, monitoring and enforcing regulations. Plus, assisting production planning and purchasing to procure goods and services designed to meet operational needs while providing the highest possible value.
