SeaKlear announces the expansion of its marketing team. The company has added Alyssa Russell as online marketing specialist, James Hawkins as marketing services specialist, and Tricia Testa as administration and marketing services coordinator. Russell is responsible for managing HaloSource Web sites, online marketing and the creation of upcoming social media campaigns. Hawkins is responsible for print advertising and product labeling, including marketing efforts to directly support Seaklear's dealers. Testa provides administration and marketing support to the corporate office, including coordinating of international trade shows, product labeling and social media.

Pristiva has hired Jim Carlin as a territory sales manager, responsible for sales of Pristiva products to professional pool builders, retailers and select buying groups in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

Plastimayd Pool Products has promoted Josh Carr to the position of inside sales coordinator for the Plastimayd and Vyn-All brands. Carr has been with Vyn-All for over 12 years. His new duties will include providing inside support for the sales team, managing house accounts, identifying new markets and customers nationwide, and assisting the marketing department in defining and communicating the companies' brand message.

BioLab recently expanded its Technology and Innovation Team with several new hires. Dr. Mike Robbins has been appointed director of technology. In this role, he will lead the Technology and Innovation Team as they bring new products to the market. Al Yeoman has been named BioLab's technology manager. He has been a BioLab employee for 13 years, previously focusing on industrial water and recreational water treatment businesses. Dr. Eddie Hedrick has joined the team as senior research chemist. He has over 27 years of experience in the chemical industry, including research and new product development in the areas of consumer household products, biocides and coatings.

BioLab also named Anna Eley senior development chemist. She has over 11 years of experience with product development. Prior to joining BioLab, Eley worked as a chemist for both Georgia-Pacific and Metametrix. Dr. Curt Sayre is now manager of the Product Innovation Group. Sayre has spent the bulk of his professional career in the consumer packaged-goods category, working for Clorox and Kimberly-Clark. His areas of expertise include biofilms and surface modification.
