Sean Johnson serves as executive vice president of Field Services for Amenity Pool Services, one of several brands within The Amenity Collective. With more than 25 years of expertise in aquatics and pool management, he began his career as a lifeguard and quickly rose to become president of American Pool New York, where he spent over two decades building the state’s largest commercial pool management company. Today, he oversees teams across 17 states and develops training programs that support professionals at every stage of their careers.
