Organizers of the World Aquatic Health Conference have announced the 2015 show dates and location. The event, now in its twelfth year and hosted by the NSPF, will be held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., on October 7 to 9, 2015.
Each year, the WAHC spotlights advances that can generate growth for the aquatic field and industry. A slew of seminars are offered across a spectrum of subjects, including recreational water illness prevention, facility management, advanced chemistry, drowning prevention, health benefits, new industrial technology and more. All seminars are led by academic, industry and government experts.
New this year is the first bi-annual meeting of the Conference of the Model Aquatic Health Code, which will take place October 6 to 7. At this event, input on changes, improvements and additions to the Model Aquatic Health Code are collected and assessed, making it an important event for industry leaders.
Last year’s WAHC in Portland, Ore., saw nearly 400 people from 42 states and 12 countries. The conference is open for professionals in all areas of aquatics, from service providers and consultants to manufacturers and facility managers.
