Jerry Pilman, Chief Operating OfficerTara Pool & Outdoor Products, a leading manufacturer of vinyl pool liners, pool safety covers and sun shades, is excited to announce the recent appointment of Jerry Pilman as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 25 years of diverse experience across various industries, Jerry is set to bring a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the Tara team.

Jerry's illustrious career spans the automotive, commercial refrigeration, and lumber and building materials sectors. He has served in pivotal leadership roles within operations, supply chain, continuous improvement, and as an implementer for EOS. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Devry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Jerry believes that his experience across various industries has provided him with a unique perspective on systems and processes. This diverse background equips him to tackle opportunities with a distinctive approach. He recognizes the need for Tara to be forward-looking and embrace change, especially as the company grows.
