NDM Head Coach Ludivine Stsepaniuk and daughter/ team member Sophia demonstrate the floating technique. Stsepaniuk, an award-winning athlete and Coach, stresses the importance of practicing the skill of floating as well as ensuring there is a qualified adult or lifeguard at the pool when one is in the water.
