HornerXpress Worldwide, a division of Team Horner Group — a family of companies focused in different areas within the swimming pool and spa business worldwide — is pleased to announce the promotion of Gretchen Knaebel-Ross to vice president of HornerXpress Worldwide.
Gretchen began her journey with Team Horner in 1993, starting as a warehouse associate at HornerXpress’ Fort Lauderdale location. She’s held multiple roles throughout the organization including customer service, sales, manufacturing operations and distribution branch management.
In her expanded role, Gretchen will continue to oversee global operations while driving strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, operational excellence and international expansion. She brings extensive industry experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
