Jacuzzi Brands announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Leisure Manufacturing Inc., a leader in the affordable hot tub market in North America through the Dream Maker and Sunrise Spas brands. According to the official press release, the acquisition will allow Jacuzzi Brands to provide a complete range of price points in its hot tub offering, enabling retailers to meet the budgetary needs of every person who enters the showroom.
