Paul Buckingham owns Outback Pools & Spas in Wichita Falls, Texas, with his wife of 32 years, Donna. Both Paul and Donna are second generation pool and spa professionals with family history that dates back to the early days of the hot tub industry. The Buckinghams opened Outback in 1996 as a service, supply and retail outlet, and in 2006, were honored by Sundance Spas at the International Dealer Conference with the Best Overall Showroom award.
