With nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive sector, coupled with expertise from various manufacturing roles and consulting stints, Scott is positioned to infuse innovative and dynamic strategies into Tara's operations.

Scott's vast career has honed his skills in supply chain management and operations management. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Indiana University, complemented with minors in Management and Information Systems.

Scott believes strongly in the power of data-based decision-making, placing facts above opinions in guiding his approach at Tara. He views character as equally significant as skillset. From his experience, he understands that leadership is founded on trust.
