Pool Troopers, a leading provider of pool maintenance and repair services, has announced the acquisition of Guardian Pool Services & Repairs ("Guardian"), a top-rated, woman-owned pool maintenance and repair company based in Palm Beach County, Fla. This acquisition expands Pool Troopers service offering in the Palm Beach market to include both commercial and residential services.
"The decision to transfer ownership was made with careful consideration to ensure continued growth, quality service and the welfare of our dedicated employees. This strategic move ensures a seamless transition for both employees and customers. All current employees will be retained, and customers can expect the same exceptional service they have grown accustomed to. With a strong belief in the new owners' commitment to excellence and employee well-being, Guardian is excited about the next chapter," says Eva Longobardi, owner of Guardian Pool Services & Repairs.
"Maintaining a reputation of skillfulness and reliability since 1999, Ms. Longobardi, as well as the entire Guardian team, have displayed an unparalleled dedication to their customer base. It was this commitment to excellence that caught our attention and started the conversation of an acquisition. We are thrilled to integrate this team of pool professionals into our company, as well as expand our footprint in the Palm Beach area," says Mark Patton, CEO of Pool Troopers.
Guardian is the 22nd acquisition Pool Troopers has completed since partnering with Shoreline Equity Partners. The Guardian team will join Pool Troopers and will continue to provide the same level of high-quality service for their existing customers.
