Haviland Pool & Spa, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of pool and spa chemistry today announced several promotions to position the company for long-term growth.
“These much-deserved promotions will help ensure the company’s success in the years to come, allowing the business to adapt to changes in customer needs and innovate for the future,” says CEO and President Mike Karasiewicz.
David O’Brien has been promoted to the role of vice president of Haviland Pool & Spa Products. In his new role, he will oversee sales, operations and logistics, working to execute the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Previously O’Brien was director of sales for Haviland Pool & Spa. He is assuming the role following the retirement of industry veteran Art Harre.
Brian Schoen has been promoted to senior director of supply chain and operations, working to streamline operations while improving quality and the customer experience. In his previous assignment Schoen was director of operations.
John Bokor has been promoted to director of sales, responsible for Haviland’s sales teams throughout North America. Bokor has been a regional sales manager and host of Haviland’s industry-focused YouTube web series “Legendary Pools & Spas."

These promotions are effective immediately.
