Thursday Pools is pleased to announce it has hired industry veteran Jonathan Davis to the position of director of customer relations. With the pool industry record sales, the company seeks to stay hyper-focused on the customer experience and hired Davis to ensure top-level service.
Davis has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently working for Akins Pools and Excavating in Northern Indiana where he helped the company grow beyond one million dollars in annual sales through a strong customer referral base.
“Jonathan brings an excellent understanding of our customers and has several years of first-hand installation and construction experience, which made him a great fit for this position,” says Ed Vondell, owner of Thursday Pools. “We know success comes from taking care of our customers, and we’re excited about the impact Jonathan can help us make in this area as he works alongside our independent dealers.”
