LPI, Inc. recently announced its acquisition of Phoenix-based Tuff Spas and its patented hard-top cover. Tuff Spas is a rotational-molded hot tub manufacturer established in 1999 by CEO and Founder Dave Midkiff. “We are thrilled to become part of the LPI family. Integrating our industry-changing hard top cover with acrylic spas has been a dream of ours for many years now. LPI is a dynamic and innovative organization that we are proud to partner with,” says Midkiff.
LPI’s Chief Executive Officer David Hatley says acquiring Tuff Spas was a strategic move which will allow LPI to operate as a full service spa manufacturer with production facilities on the east and west coasts, and offer an even wider range of products.
