Natare Corporation is happy to announce that Glenn Rose has rejoined their sales team as the new sales engineer and senior estimator.
Rose previously worked for Natare from 1995 to 2010. He started as a sales engineer before being promoted to senior sales engineer. When Troy Yoder, vice president of sales & marketing, joined the company in 2005, he worked closely with Rose.
“Glenn showed me the ropes and we worked together a lot,” says Yoder. He went on to discuss the smooth transition of bringing Rose back on. “He’s been able to jump right in and take off. The knowledge and experience that he brings to the team is a tremendous benefit. It’s nice having him back.”
Rose brings over 25 years of sales, estimating and project development experience with him to his renewed role. During his time away from Natare, he held the positions of business development manager for another aquatics industry professional and national specification manager for a tepid water system manufacturer. These roles allowed Rose to establish a presence for both companies within their respective industries and become the basis of design on many projects.
Rose’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that the quotes sent out by the Natare sales team are accurate. He will work with operations, purchasing, engineering, production and sales daily to make sure Natare Corporation remains competitive and that all aspects of the project are covered and that the quote is sent out promptly. Rose will also be a point of contact for all Natare partners around the world.
When he’s not at work Rose enjoys cooking, being outside and spending time with this wife and two sons. His sons are actively involved in marching band competitions, and Rose is the current president of the parents support group.
Rose says he’s excited and happy to be back at Natare. “The company has grown a ton since I was last here. I know I have a bunch to learn, but am ready for the challenge and looking forward to assisting in any way I can.”
Welcome back, Glenn!
