AquaFinesse Expands Team to Accommodate Growth

Cindy Paradiso, vice presidentAquaFinesse has appointed Cindy Paradiso as vice president and added two new members to its growing team: Brad Parker as warehouse manager and Julia Byers as marketing/sales assistant. Additionally, to broaden and support the company’s growth, AquaFinesse contracted with three additional independent rep firms to expand sales coverage throughout the U.S.

Cindy Paradiso, who was hired in September 2015 as marketing manager, began her career in the pool and spa industry in 1996 with Aqua Clear Industries. She left the industry in 2005 and returned in 2015 with AquaFinesse. While Paradiso’s role evolved into vice president because of her strong cross-functional aptitude, she is still responsible for all marketing for AquaFinesse.

Julia Byers comes to AquaFinesse with skills in Julia Byers, marketing/sales assistantmanagement, customer service, retail, human resources, sales and training. She was hired in April 2017 to assist Paradiso with marketing activities and offer customer service support.

Brad Parker was hired in February 2017 as Warehouse Manager to support the increased volume of order fulfillment activity due to the company’s growth. He brings with him skills in the areas of management, retail, science education and warehouse.

The three independent rep firms are: Reeder & Vermaat in the Midwest, Senne Sales in the Southeast/Florida Panhandle, and BDR – Independent Sales Network in the South. Together with existing rep firms – BHG Sales in the West/Northwest/Southwest and Real Market Solutions in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic – Brad Parker, warehouse managerAquaFinesse now has a full sales force in place to expand its presence in the market.
