Olympic Hot Tub is thrilled to announce the return of its Honoring Heroes event, marking a decade of celebrating and supporting the extraordinary individuals who dedicate their lives to serving and protecting Western Washington communities. This year’s milestone event brings a special partnership with the King County Search and Rescue Association, shining a well-deserved spotlight on the courageous volunteers who perform lifesaving work across the region.
Since its inception, the Honoring Heroes event has been a cornerstone of Olympic Hot Tub’s commitment to giving back to the community, donating over $223,000 to worthy non-profits in our region. This year, the focus is on KCSARA, a volunteer-driven organization that provides critical search and rescue services throughout Washington state, often under the most challenging and dangerous conditions.
“Partnering with King County Search and Rescue Association allows us to honor a group of unsung heroes whose bravery and dedication often go unnoticed,” said Don Riling, president of Olympic Hot Tub. “These volunteers work tirelessly, day and night, to save lives and bring hope to families in their darkest moments. We are incredibly proud to support their mission and amplify their impact.”
Carrie Lee Gagnon, executive director of King County Search and Rescue Association, shared her gratitude for the partnership, stating, “Our member units are comprised of unpaid professionals—your neighbors, coworkers, and friends—who step away from their own lives at a moment's notice to save others. This partnership with Olympic Hot Tub for their 10th Annual Honoring Heroes event is a beautiful tribute to that spirit of service. The support from our community doesn't just fund our mission; it tells our volunteers that the community they protect is willing to support them too. We are incredibly grateful for this investment in our region's safety.”
As part of this year’s Honoring Heroes initiative, Olympic Hot Tub has pledged to donate a portion of every Hot Spring Spa, Endless Pool, and Tylo Sauna purchase made between April 1-30, 2026. The goal? To raise a minimum of $18,000 to directly support KCSARA’s vital operations, ensuring they have the resources needed to continue their lifesaving work.
“This event is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of the spirit of service and community,” added Riling. “We invite everyone to join us in making a difference.”
