Last week, Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Director of Education Silvia Uribe submitted her resignation effective immediately.
“We thank Silvia for all her dedication and hard work to advance the mission of PHTA,” says Sabeena Hickman, CAE, PHTA president and CEO. “Much of the success and structure of the education programs in the industry are due, in large part, to Silvia’s tireless efforts.”
Uribe has worked in numerous posts and capacities in Legacy NSPF and Legacy APSP since 2008. She served as the director of education for PHTA since its inception in April 2019, supervising consolidation efforts of two strong, legacy education programs.
Hickman and PHTA Vice President of Education Mark C. Milroy, CAE, will be interviewing candidates to fill Uribe’s position soon. Qualified applications can be submitted online in the coming days.
